Cannot access your files

I just activated my account after about 1 year of not using and when I tried to access FTP, it says "Cannot access your files, it could be a temporary problem due to an update or technical failure. In this case, if the problem persists for more than two hours, notify it on the forum."

It persists more than 2 hours and here I am, so if you would like to help me, thanks in advance!
