Plugin Error “Thread add error” wpForo Forum Plugin

I installed a forum on my site via a plugin and it works until I try and create a thread or post I get “Thread add error” and I read this :

And to fix it I need PHPMyAdmin to create the reset of the tables but I don’t have access to that so can one of the staff read the tutorial above and do it for me? Thanks.

With alterBlog account you can't fix it.
Normally plugins should use the prefix in wordpress configuration, so this is a bug.
You should use another plugin.
