Error New Registration

Hello Admin, I just like to ask if I can register a new blog using the email I used on my first blog? I tried many times to create a new site but I keep seeing this message:
Unknown error, if the problem persists inform us through the community forum explaining which action caused this error, or write us

I like to have a new blog, I chosen a bad name for my old site and on the settings it says I cant rename the name of my altervista site...please help...Thanks Admin

Probably your ISP is blocked for security reasons. Can you try from another connection?
