Cannot FTP to my web site since going to Cloudflare

Since going to Cloudflare I can no longer FTP to my web site to maintain it. I used the exact FTP credentials and options shown in the message I got from Altervista after activating Cloudflare but the connection resets. I am using FTP32 as my FTP client. I noticed that the ftp path to use does not contain the word cloudflare, but is the same one as I used before, ftp.ricklieb.altervista.org. Could the message telling me to use this have been in error? What should it be?

Can you try using filezilla?
