    Question What's the reason a gmx.com email address cannot be used

    I wonder why I cannot use my gmx.com email address at AlterVista.

    When I click save I get:

    "Invalid e-mail address"

    That site is blocked for spam. You should use another email address.

    I have the same problem, both gmx.de and web.de are major german email providers. Why need extra accounts just for altervista?
