i can't select database class 1 !!!!!

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the databases section.
I just create a website and I want to select the database CLASS 1 (the free one) , but it is locked, I can't even select it. the only database that I am allowed to select is the CLASS 4.

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
it's really important, I cant go on with my website if i can't select the database.

I really don't get why, as we only need a DB class 2, are we not able to select it.
This is a way to force us selecting (along with paying) a DB class4.
Please let them be selected.
