Altervista "Get a site" banner is appearing in all my web pages.

I recently made a change to my website by turning on phpBB. I don't know if this is related to the change I am seeing, but now the altervista banner is appearing on most of my web pages. What controls this and how can I stop it?

I recently made a change to my website by turning on phpBB. I don't know if this is related to the change I am seeing, but now the altervista banner is appearing on most of my web pages. What controls this and how can I stop it?

Please disregard the above "issue". I realize I must have accidentally Activated the "Toolbar" feature. I have since Deactivated it, and my web pages are displaying properly now.
