Kadence Theme Set up

Can't visualize the Kadence Theme database. In Apperence -> Starter Themes I find this "Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-downloading".
The only online resource I've found is this one: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/...-downloading/?
but I really don't know what it means.

Could you post here a screenshot of the error page?
Did you have unlock the server to server connections? (from the Settings).

For unlocking server to server you mean changing this setting?

I couldn't reproduce the error because i have installed some "kadence" plugins but I can't see the "Starter Templates" field. What's the plugin or procedure to reproduce the error? What you need it for?
