I can't access my website

Hello, I can't access my website because it tells me that there was a critical error.
I already went back to a backup from 1 month ago, deactivated all the plugins and nothing works.

I just chose the CloudFlare option and it tells me:

"CloudFlare deactivation in progress. The operation could take up to 2 hours to complete."
Do you think this last option can repair the site?

The page now works again, apparently the WordPress self-updated and the plugins (although I did not have any activated) will generate problems, so I renamed the plugins folder and it worked.Then it asked me to update the database, when I did so I renamed Plugins as it should be and everything now works correctly Something curious, but at least it works now Thank you so much
