Exceeded the 'max_questions' resource

I keep getting the following error all of a sudden:

Fatal error: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1226 User 'thirteenthfloor' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 20000)

When my site starts working again, the same thing happens again about ten minutes later. I have no idea what this is.


Update: I believe the issue has been resolved by upgrading the database.
