Having issues getting Jetpack update.

For several months now Jetpack has not been able to update in WordPress Install.

It returns the following:

"An error occurred while updating Jetpack: Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 57000 milliseconds with 30797429 out of 31550988 bytes received"

Please advise.

Probably, you need to unlock the server-to-server connections from the Settings.

Anyway, Jetpack is not recommended as a plugin because it is a large plugin with many features that you can achieve with other smaller plugins.
Which feature(s) do you need from Jetpack?
