Site not accessible/down

Hi, my site devlinxo.altervista.org is not accessible and is down and I am unable to connect to it for some reason. Anybody knowledgeable able to give a hand? Thanks.

EDIT: It seems like I'm able to connect to the site on a proxy, if that helps.
