Server s185 Again Slow Down

s185 server is not working well. Site opening speed is too slow. I noticed s185 is daily down and website opening speed is too slow. Please I request to you solve this issue, I will pay fee if Altervista give me dedicated hosting server. Kindly help me in this case.

according your traceroute there seems to be a high latency issue and packet loss in your network, this issue is not related to the server itself and cannot be resolved replacing your server or moving your site.

When my site has more than 35 visitor online at the time, Then server is down. en.Altervista.org is open very well but sms4send.altervista.org is slow down. This problem has been occurring for a month. If you have any solution for this issue then please solve it. I am very thankful to you.

this forum is on a different network, so you would have a different traceroute to it.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for it since the issue is beyond our control, as far as we are seeing no issue has be reported regarding your server or our network since your first post.
