Media -> Library -> Edit (of the media) -> Uncheck "Allow comments" on the "Discussion" box. If you can't see the discussion box, on the top of the page...

Hello, you can disabile the comments from Settings -> Discussion.
For existing articles, you should disable them from Posts -> All Posts -> Quick Edit and unselect "Allow Comments".
