icant find my altersite

i have a problem when i try to convert my alterblog to altersite i get account suspended page :

The account has been temporarily suspended (Art. 6.5 4.11 regolamento community), for further information see the regulation


now i want to rturn to my blog through altervista control panel but i cant, but through wp admin login i can.
