Can you please post the error messages you are seeing?

@saqibshehzad : I got the same problem but i have found the solution. Reset the wordpress password and open wordpress's login page into mozilla firefox thats it. I don't know why but on mozilla wordpress adim page is opening very smoothly and easily. Just try and rply

Error code 015, you can't use temporary email addresses or proxy servers for the registration. If the problem persists contact us writing the code in the email.
