admin email

ive got new php login script 2.3 loaded and took me a while to get it running but i finally did and tried to test it out it sent email to person who is registering but never got admin email dragonsgifting@altervista.org...... thats my email alias wondering if i could get help fixing .....and when i import sql file it sets my email as admin@localhost ......almost forgot i would like it to goto my gmail account if possible
