How to use my domain in another host?

I want use my domains in another host but i have to change the Servers names... well, I tried to create a new A record as well as CNAME but it didn't work the Altervista servers still appear

how to replace the Altervista server name (NS)?

i tried send to registration_domains@altervista.it but this one doesn't work

This mail => domains[no spam]altervista.com

Just replace the part in square brackets with a @.
