404 error, cant access my site

I made my site more than 24 hours ago, and I still am not able to access it.
I have uploaded my files, and cant get them to show up ether. was there some step I
missed? the 'nslookup' could not find it ether. site is 'http://arrongrierwebproject.altervista.org/'

Your website is online but it shows a 404 error, your index.php file makes a wrong redirect.
