i'm having some troubles,

why i dont have ftp access for my board?

and i cant get a site it gives me this message over and over again:

how can i upload my stuff to my board when i dont have the ftp access?

another issue why is my banner is not updating?

i saved the changes in this morning and nothing happened,

please give me a solution..

AlterForums don't have FTP access. Switch to Altersite if you need it. You can find the istructions to do the change on the control panel.
