Server to Server connections

I am trying to install Koken CMS on my website but I am having problems because the installer needs to download files from the Koken server. The whitelist does not allow this.

I have texted the number several times, and the whitelist is still there. Could you please remove the whitelist or add install.koken.me to it?

I sent the texts from the United States. My cell phone does not get reception where I live, so I used an online service.
