I don't want to post any illegal content (nudity, copyrighted music, unauthorised images) on my site, but it wasn't stated in my opinion very clearly in the terms over what the result would be if the user uploaded these and kept them on the database. I know that it's against the rules of the site, but would doing so result in the takedown of the site on the first go, or would the disallowed file(s) simply be removed, with the site being taken down on further breaches? Also, what if an admin uploaded a copyrighted song file (for example) and then instantly removed it? Could that result in the same happening as what would happen if they were to keep it on there for days/weeks? So that I don't feel the need to try and see what happens in either case, could you try and answer.
