Does altervista support FXP?

Does altervista support FXP transfers? If so, what settings should I use?
I can't seem to find the right ones.

[L] RETR index.html
[L] 425 Could not open data connection to port 23038: Connection refused

Does that mean I have to download from one site and upload here on limited speed mobile broadband or is there another option?
