Destination host forbidden, unlock the connection from your Altervista control panel

Hi all

I have my weather site http://peristeri.altervista.org and there is a manage php page (pasword protected), that do this that it says. From there i can update some pages or i can fix possible problems.

When i try to access that php page i receive the message "Destination host forbidden, unlock the connection from your Altervista control panel (Resources > PHP Settings) ".

Can someone help me on that ?
When i go Resourceses > PHP settings i don't see something that can make me to understand what to change.
