Problem with a Back up

Dear staff of altervista.
I made a back up (as suggested) and now
a) The style of the layout has changed (mainly in the lists)
b) More or less at the end of every page it appears some stuff non introduced by me (the following can be seen: Welcome, widgets edit move sidebar... with two images, one of them including "Guadagna con de tue idee... blog".

Can I restore the former layout?

How can I delete the stuff aforementioned in the previous item b?
