can't there be more than one site or blog per user

Could one have a blog on one topic, and a website on another topic?
Is this possinle now using the same nickname or email address?
If it is possible, then how?

Every account has an unique username, if you want to create another website you can create a new account (with its own username). Usually you can also use the same e-mail address.

WHat about multiple sites on the same IP? I"m working with a middle-school summer camp, and we have not been able tomake websites for all students because we get an error about too many sites on the same IP?
