I'm new to this service. Does anyone know where the FTP instructions are? I did find some instructions on the web, but was not in English.

password: yourpassword (the same you use for control panel and this forum)
username: retinaassociates
port: 21

passive mode (PASV) is preferred, but you can also use PORT if you have connession problems.
