Greetings i got a problem with the domain that i bought from you, i got a page with subdomain that has wordpress, and now that i bought the domain it redirects me to the subdomain,i want on the wordpress website the main domain to be the one that i bought.

You bought a second level domain with redirect service, as it's clearly described at the time of purchase. AlterVista doesn't currently allow to modify the virtual host associated with the webspace.
