Site "timing out" when accessed in chrome

Hi -
One of my clients was accessing my site, but she says that it keeps "timing out", and that she's getting the errors on two computers. I haven't been able to replicate the experience on either of my computers, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Could you ask which ISP is she using? In the meantime, try to activate ColudFlare (in the Resources section, on the AlterVista control panel) it might help to solve the issue.
