How to connect with filezilla

I used the login which is username I have at this site, password I got inthe email and port 21, it's now login, what seem to be the issue

If you just want to upload a custom theme, simply create a zip archive and load it through the WordPress admin panel.

Dear, u can't use Filezilla with alterblog, it is only for altersite, u have upload it as, karl said.
