Screen-wide white banner suddenly appeared over my site.

Hello. A big white banner across the entire top of the screen suddenly appeared on my new site.
Is that a forced banner, or did I push a wrong button?
I bought a domain name for my site; a bit surprised if that's a forced banner.

There are no forced banners on AlterVista: you can put them if you want but they are not mandatory (unless you have a commercial website), that's clearly written on the terms of service.
Could you please provide a screenshot? I'm unable to reproduce the issue.
