to the kind attention of AV staff - error with the iubenda privacy/cookie policy

Good evening. Yesterday afternoon I generated a cookie policy with iubenda for my blog.
I am Italian, but I would like my blog to be in English - in fact I registered the blog through en.altervista.org, the international page.
Just before generating the policy from the wordpress panel, I changed the language of the site from Italian to English(UK), from the general settings page.
The confirmation email sent to me from iubenda was in English, the language set in the iubenda dashboard was English, but the policy was generated in Italian.
Yesterday Iubenda's customer service told me they cannot change the language. According to them, to have the policy in English, I should generate a new - and paid - privacy policy.
What should I do?

You should change the blog language in the WordPress settings.
However, you can also write in the Italian support forum.
