I cannot access my dashboard anymore

Hi folks, I'm having a couple of problems lately...

My website was (is) showing a 403 error, trying fix this issue I tried to change my Altersite to Alterblog but some error occurred during the process and everything has been deleted. Now I cannot even access my dashboard and the FTP files as well (by the way, I could not upload anything to my site before these events).

Also, I tried to create a new account but it is impossible 'cause the registration form shows an error message

"Unknown error, if the problem persists inform us through the community forum explaining which action caused this error, or write us"

What can I do to restore my website or create another one?
