MySql Data base.

hello,
can someone please tell me how to set up a MySql database or find info such as
Host name:
Username:
Password:
DB name:
regarding the existing one. This is because I'm unable to find a 'make database tab' in the Control Panel and this is also because I'm new here and was used to Cpanel which is found on most Web hosting services.

Log in the control panel > Resources & Upgrades > Database

but it says access denied when I use localhost
