I renewed my domain at http://www.chakroff.com, which was working perfectly until I renewed it, and now it no longer forwards to my altervista hosted page, http://chakroff.altervista.org.

My email forwarding @chakroff.com is also not working.

On my altervista "manage your domains" page, chakroff.com is listed as mine, and paid through 2017. But I cannot use it.

I have sent emails to

registrazione_domini@altervista.it
domain_registration@altervista.com
registration_domains@altervista.it

and sent in a "bug" report, and have received no response from the staff. I have paid for this domain registration and need to have access to it for my work.

Please help!
