When we can register for hosting?

Hi there, i want to have a hosting not wordpress site, do you mind telling me when it's going to come back?

The "hosting-only" feature has never been disabled.
To register for an hosting account, starting from en.altervista.org, you hit the "Start now" button and then at the very end of the page there is a label that says "Are you looking for a plain hosting?". You click on it and you get the form to register a free hosting account!
