Server to server connection

Hi,

I tried to enable server to server connection by sending an sms. However it didn't work and every time I go in the account panel and re-enable server to server connection, the page refreshes and nothing happens...

Yes, does this SMS identification really work? I sent two SMS and nothing happened...

My mobile service can text internationally but yet, It still wont do anything
