cant activate https

I have Verizon Wireless and they do not allow texting outside of the united states so i have no way to do the verification thing and i need https in order for my program to work

so is there some alternative form we can do cause otherwise i am going to have to move to a different hosting service which would be a real shame cause i really like the cpanel here but as i stated i need https in order for my program to work and your current setup isnt gonna allow me to enable it cause i have no way of texting that number

I have Vodafone(NL) and can send SMS to Italy but it still does not work.
I tried it in capital letters and small letters no difference and no activation...

Is it even possible to use the SMS verification when you are not from Italy?
Why is there no secondary method like a €0,01 transaction or email.
