How to find page folder

Hello, as i'm well know'n on other web site usage, and they show me the file folder, so i can upload to the folder insted of uploading everything to the main folder "/" and why dosn't the index save, were is that index, that i can save?

You can use the file manager on the control panel to create folder and upload files wherever you want.

So if i create a folder fr my page, i get it on my web site page? I just see that all the indexes are not in a folder.
