Searching Site Did Not Return Positive Results

This might be right in front of my face but I just can't see it. I'm trying to create another tab or multiple tabs similar to the "home" tab on your main page.



As indicated by the red arrow, It's unclear as to if this is called a page or minus option. I've tried both without positive results. Please explain or point out how one is to create this secondary tab.

Found out why I wasn't able to create secondary menus on my blog. The Altervista templates are limited to just one home tab or menu and when searching the wordpress templates none of these seem to fit the desired look. Perhaps one day I'll swap templates which would allow for multiple menus.

I remember, eg, twenty syxteen allow double menu (one in top header, another in footer - used for social). But, im sure, many other themes has this feature.
