Https sms verification

Hello, as I am from the UK I am unable to send an SMS to altervista to complete my HTTPS setup as my mobile package does not allow international messaging.

Can anyone help me to activate my HTTPS without SMS verification?

if you can't send sms, is possible to bypass this method if buy - via paypal - any service (eg, backup) in admin panel.

I have a similar issue but I am from the US. I am unable to text Italy due to limitations with my carrier. Is there an alternative method to this? I am trying to get my site HTTPS certified to complay with Chrome 68.
