Error HTTPS

I activated the HTTPS service two days ago but keep giving me this warning:
"HTTPS activation is still in progress, if it is not active in the next 24 hours, please write to our forum."

Hi, what's the content of .htaccess file?
Visiting the https version, I get redirected to the http version; normally, if https is disabled, an error message is displayed.
