    Default Domain Transfer into AlterVista

    I transferred my domain jonescomputers.org into AlterVista about 10 days ago and the status is still stuck on "Starting Domain Transfer". Is there something wrong with the service? Did i not do something right?

    I have tried to reach out to AlterVista's support and webmaster but with no response. Can someone please help.
