Does hosting support PHP framework?

Because the bot chat idea was out of the question so I thinking a new one. This time, I want to make a gallery site, personal images manager by tags system. And I want to start with Laravel framework.

And that's why I would like to know is it allowed to use PHP framework on hosting service? If so, how do I install it? If not yet, I would like to suggest this feature.

You can use Laravel, but not directly with composer: you have to install it locally and upload the files.
