Cannot access to altervista control panel as I an redirected directly to my site

Hi!

I try to access my Altervista control panel by logging in from url
http://en.altervista.org/
but as soon as I have provided my username and password, I am directed to my wordpress dashboard at
https://wishlistreview.altervista.org/wp-admin/

How I can access the Altervista control panel ?

Is there some way to prevent that redirect ? (I have already tried to remove all cookies)

You probably wanted an alterSite (hosting) account, not alterBlog (default).

You can convert it in the first 3 days from Settings -> Convert to AlterSite.
Otherwise you should delete the account and re-sign up an hosting account.

ah. That must be the case. Now when you told about it.. I see that I have under Wordpress settings option 'Convert to AlterSite'. However, it is not working (automatically?) anymore, as you said... But there is still option to send you a message that why I would like to have it. Can I request it from there ?

If not, how I can delete the account ? I looked the menu through, but couldn't find anything related to it.

Yes, you can try. I suggest you to delete the account (you have to wait 7 days after the request).
