WordPress CORS issue and conflicting URLs

I had reached out to the theme support to help me with their builder which was not loading at all.

This was the issue they found on the website, which they told me to contact the hosting support team and ask them to resolve this CORS issue:




Also, it looks like the settings for this website are not correct:



Those two URLS needs to be the same.

Can you please provide information on why those 2 URLs are different?

And I needed a bit of assistance for increasing the default PHP limits for these variables to the recommended values(see screenshot below) -

You have the "old" cloak domain.
AterVista doesn't configure the domains in that way; did you change your settings manually when you purchased the domain?

You can resolve by upgrading the domain through a virtual host; write to: domini [at] altervista [dot] it
