Site reactivated with 30s after disabling email, but files all gone

On 11/28/2019 I got the following email:

"Dear Webmaster,
your web space has been disabled for inactivity as provided for the community terms of service.

Your account has not been deleted but only archived: we made a backup of your files and mysql database that will be available for the next 30 days.

You can reactivate your account anytime by following the instructions that you can find in your control panel. Please note that if the website will not be reactivated within 30 days from now any credits you earned from ads will be lost."

Obviously it's not Dec. 28th yet, and within the 30 days. However, after signing back in to reactivate the account as the email said, all my site files and everything are gone. Is there anything that can be done about this? I have been using this site/work as portfolio project for my resume and now have been delayed in my job hunt until this is either fixed or I can piece everything back together again.
