Zoho MX Records

How do I create MX records ?
I do not have alterblog. Do I need it to do this?
I did create some third level domains.
Very confused.
Just want to use some emails I created like admin@ for example.

On the free domain (the tird level) you can use the alias mail (username@altervista.org).

To manage the email with the MX records (for example with Zoho), you have to buy a domain, so you can manage the DNS settings, including the MX dns.
