I'm not able to login in my forum as admin

I'm not able to login in my forum as administrator, I requested a new password to my email but it's not able to find the username or email in the database.

Please, i need to help!

You have full access to your files and database. Take a look to your database with phpMyAdmin (Control Panel > Tools > phpMyAdmin) and check which users are avaible on your forum and what's their password.
