Alias email not working

Dear Altervista Community,
In the last 48 hours, my Altervista alias email address is not working.
I receive no emails sent to my alias.
I already checked the spam of course, but nothing there.

Moreover, in trying to fixing the issue, I took my alias out of my Gmail sending address list, now I can not add it again. It doesn't recognize my Altervista password anymore, while the same password is working fine on the Altervista website.

The main issue remains that I can not receive any email sent to my alias lorenzocapodieci@altervista.org
